Our Personal Trainers:
Provide customized fitness programs to members.
Educate and guide members on proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training and other programs.
Help members achieve their fitness goals.
Have or are willing to obtain a nationally recognized Personal Trainer Certification, CPR Certification and AED Certification.
